Post-Dubstep is an evolving subgenre of Dubstep that incorporates elements of other musical genres to create a more diverse and experimental approach to sound.

Characteristics[]

It is characterized by varied rhythms and structures, atmospheric and melodic moods, creative use of basslines, low tempo that oscillates around 130 BPM (and it cans be slower), deep pads, electric drums, and a more minimalistic and experimental approach. The genre offers an innovative exploration of Dubstep, moving away from established conventions to embrace a variety of modern influences and production techniques.

The goal of Post-Dubstep[]

Post-Dubstep is an evolution that banishes the brutal and powerful aspect of the vast majority of other Dubstep genres, such as Tearout Dubstep, Brostep or Deathstep, concentrating more on fusions with soft genres to create new ones, without being oriented towards powerful drops and a club orientation like the majority of traditional Dubstep genres.
